RETURN POLICY
Items bought at dmessentials.com.my will gladly be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form and must not be used, opened, altered &/or damaged. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.
Beauty products & skincare are non-returnable. Discounted, Sale and PROMO items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This also applies to regular price items discounted using a discount code or cash coupon.
If you are unsure of the eligibility of returns of your product, please contact our team at dmecustomer@gmail.com We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above are met.
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange.

Do I have to pay for return postage? Kindly note that shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by DM Essentials. You may send your item(s) using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. |
